Tässä parit korut vielä, jotka jäi viime vuoden puolella laittamatta tänne.

Niin ja kaikki ovat myynnissä :), niinkuin kaikki muutkin tänne blogiin laitetut (jos ei ole erikseen mainittu toisin).

I put here some pieces of jewelry which have not been yet. I have made them last year.

And all the pieces are for sale :), like everything else here have been on (if not mentioned otherwise).

Enemmänkin uusia koruja olisi, mutta tässä nyt nämä :).

"Merisiili"-sormus -o- "Sea Urchin" -ring

Tämä sormus on ollut tekeillä todella kauan.
Siitä on kuukausia, kun aloin kieputtamaan kapussin kehää tähän sormukseen.
En tiedä, miksi tämän tekeminen aina jäi.
Ehkä tekeminen näytti liian vaikealta, mutta ei se ollutkaan :).
Tämä on muuten pitkästä aikaa Abby Hookin mallista tehty. Merisiili on suora suomennus sormuksen nimestä.
Kapussia pitävät sakarat ovat kyllä pikkusen erilaiset mitä mallissa, mutta tämä tuli nyt näin tehtyä.

Vihreä kapussi on krysopraasi Australiasta. Rakastan tuota väriä :)!
Lanka on edelleen vintage pronssilankaa.

This ring has been, in the making, for a very long time.

It's been months, when I started to wrap the frame for this ring.

I just don't know why I stopped to make it.

Maybe it seems to be too complicated, but after all it wasn't :).

By the way, this is a Abby Hook's model, haven't done them for a ling time. Though the prongs that hold the cabouchen aren't the same kind.

Green cabouchen is a chrysoprase from Australia. I just love that color :)!

The wire is the same old, vintage bronze.

Ihana, vihreä akaatti / Such a lovely green agate

Kauan olen tuota akaattia pöydälläni katsellut.
Sain sen viime vuonna Australiasta, kun vanhempani olivat siellä vierailemassa.
Äiti kuulemma valitsi tuon kiven minulle :).

Tuonkin vihreän sävyn kanssa minun mielestä käy vintage pronssilanka.
Niinpa kieputtelin lankaa langan ympärille ja sitten kiven ympärille.
Tämä on ensimmäinen tälläisellä tekniikalla tehty, joten se jää omaan käyttöön :).

Tekiessäni riipusta, tajusin että mullahan on samansävyisiä vihreitä akaattihelmiä. Joten laitoin niitä lisäksi kaulakoruun :).

I have been watching for a long time this green agate on my table.

I got it from Australia last year, when my parents were visiting there.

My mother is said to choose that stone for me :).

I think that vintage bronze wire suits also with that shade of green.

I wrapped wire around the wire and then around the stone.

This is the first one made with this technique, so this stays for me :).

When I was making this pendant, I noticed I have also the same shade of green agate gems. So I put also them to this necklace :).
