Kesä on ohi, vai onko? / The summer is over, or is it?

Niin se kesä on taas kulunut nopeaan.
Mutta toivottavasti sitä on vielä jäljellä!

Olin pitkällä kesälomalla ensin ja sitten yhden työpäivän jälkeen taas sairauslomalla... Ei hyvin mee!

Ihmettelen edelleen miten en saa tehtyä näitä blogeja iPadilla tai iPhonella! Varsinkin kuvien laittaminen on hankalaa. Osaako joku neuvoa tai sanoa, miksi tää on niin hankalaa? Vai onko jossain joku sovellutus tai vastaava, joka sopii noille paremmin?
(Tän blogin sain nyt kuitenkin tehtyä vähän kommervenkkejä käyttäen.)

Koruja olen tehnyt kuitenkin! Mutta ne on olleet lähinnä kokeiluita, joita en julkaise 😉. Mulla on tilaustyö tekeillä vanhalle ystävälle ja se vaatii nyt kaikenlaista testailua. Tykkään tehdä niitä todella!

Olen myös suunnittelemassa ns. fanikoruja liittyen Game of Thronesiin -tv-sarjaan ja tulevaan Doctor Strange-leffaan.

So the summer has flown so fast.
But I hope there's some left still!
I was in a long summer holiday first. And after one day back at work, I'm back on sick leave... Not good!

Still wondering why it's so hard to make these blogs with iPad and iPhone! Especially putting pics here is hard! Why? Can someone give me an advise or say what's wrong? Is there an app or something else to make this easier?
(I made this blog anyway by using some trickeries)

Making jewelry anyway! Mostly I have made some tests, so I won't publish them 😉.
Making a commision for my old friend and it needs to make some tests. But it's really fun!

Also planning to make some fandom jewelry related to Game of Thrones -tv show and upcoming Doctor Strange movie.

Se on tehty viljellyistä puukorallihelmistä ja antiikkikuparilangasta.

But I do make a bracelet for a friend. This bracelet chain can also be used as a necklace.

It's made of cultivated sponge coral beads and antique copper wire.

Pari sormusta -o- A couple of rings

Olen sairauslomalla ja tässä parina yönä olen tehnyt pari sormusta.
Ne jotka ovat käyneet Instagramissa, ovat ehkä jo nähneet ne. Laitan nykyään kuvat aina ensin sinne. Se on minun mielestä aika kätevä paikka laittaa ja jakaa kuvia :).

I have been on sick leave for a while. I have made a couple of rings at the a couple of nights.
Those who has visited Instagram, may have already seen them. Nowadays I always put the pics first there. I think it's an useful place to share pics :).

Tehty 18 gauge ja 28 gauge hopeoidusta langasta.

Eclipse

Pitkästä aikaa tein Abby Hookin designia. Ohje kirjasta "Wire Jewelry Masterclass". Kasiketjua ja "Eclipse"-riipuksen kieputus.

Paitsi että tämä oli "korjaus". Aikaisemmin tekemäni kaulakorun riipus-osa ei ollut tarpeeksi kestävä ja vaihdoin kivelle uuden kehyksen :).

I made Abby Hook-design again. Haven't made it for some time. Instructions are from "Wire Jewelry Masterclass". Figure-of-Eight-chain and wrapped Eclipse-necklace.

Only I made this as a repair. The pendant frame for this necklace I made before wasn't strong enough and I changed it for that stone.

Tykkään itse tästä mallista tosi paljon. Serkkukin tykkäsi tästä uudesta mallista hänen korussaan.

Vielä on monta Abbyn mallia tekemättä ;).

I like this model a lot. My cousin also liked this new model for her necklace.

Tiikerinsilmää Australiasta -o- Tiger's eye from Australia

Tein serkulleni Australiasta saamastani tiikerinsilmä-kapussista kaulakorun.
Hän itse valitsi metallilangan siihen ja hän halusi siihen antiikkikuparisen.
Tein itse ketjun samasta langasta :). Ketjun teko oli ihan hauskaa. Paitsi tein niitä kaksi. Eka oli liian paksu ja iso riipusta varten. Tein sitten pienemmän ketjun. Ketjusta haluttiin myös normaalia pitempi, joten tein 55 cm pitkän ketjun.

I made a necklace out of a tige eye cabouchon which I got from Australia.
She chose wire by herself and that was an antic copper one.
I made a chain out of that same wire :). It was fun to make it, even I made two chains. The first one was too thick and big for the pendant. Then I made a smaller one. She wanted the chain to be longer than usual so now it's 55 cms long.
